This is the least possible time that can be spent on the visit, that is to say a minimum customer visit time. To this time we can add the time entered under the Loading/unloading duration per unit constraint.

for a delivery, the Visit duration may correspond to the parking time, the time it takes to get the delivery note signed, to manoeuvre the vehicle’s tailgate, etc, to add to the time needed for the unloading operation as specified in the Loading/unoloading duration per unit constraint.
